choice and surrender

SURRENDER: to give oneself up, as into the power of another; submit or yield.

CHOICE: an act or instance of choosing; selection

Two words that have been reverberating into my heart this last month.  Combining the two words into the same context goes something like this: choosing to surrender.  Choosing to release, thus surrendering.  Releasing the tribal culture of what WAS and being in the beauty of what is NOW.

Choosing to listen to and stoke the fire of my internal knowing.  Surrendering to the resistance of walking down unchartered trails.

Asking myself what is it that is calling me to look at this.  Being willing to step off the cliff and into the world beyond.

Choice.  Surrender.
